These terms govern your use of Cove, provided by Reef Labs. By using Cove, you agree to these terms. Contact aj@reeflabs.io for help.

Using Cove

You are responsible for your account, for keeping credentials secure, and for having the rights and permissions needed to record conversations and process content in Cove. Obtain any legally required consent from participants before recording. Do not use Cove unlawfully, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access.

Your content and permissions

You retain your rights in content you provide. You permit Reef Labs and the service providers described in our privacy policy to process it as needed to operate Cove and deliver the features you use. Connecting Google Calendar is optional, read-only, and can be revoked.

AI-generated content

Transcripts and AI-generated answers can contain errors or omissions. Review important information before relying on or sharing it. Cove does not provide professional legal, medical, or financial advice.

Availability and changes

Cove includes beta features that may change or become unavailable. We may update the service, correct issues, or suspend access for misuse or security reasons. Keep copies of important content. Google Calendar availability also depends on Google and your organization's account policies.

Third-party services

Google, OpenAI, and other services you choose to connect have their own applicable terms. These terms do not override those services' requirements. Any separately agreed paid service terms continue to apply.

Ending use

You may stop using Cove and disconnect integrations at any time. For hosted-account deletion, contact aj@reeflabs.io. See our privacy policy for local-data and retention details.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Cove is provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Updates

We may update these terms and will post the effective date here, with additional notice when required.
